Qigong & Balancing the Body

Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. This will help your health, spirituality, and martial arts training.

Qigong Classes starts at 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM every Saturday. We perform our  classes outside/inside our office location.

Qigong class only costs $20.00
