About Dr. Mark Armstrong

Dr. Mark Armstrong is a dedicated acupuncturist and naturopath who has been serving the Atlanta community since 1992. He specializes in a variety of holistic therapies, including vibrational healing, bio-energetics, acupuncture, acupressure, Shiatsu, Thai massage, Reiki, and more. His work in cellular health delves into the energy fields of the body and mind, exploring how cells can retain patterns of pain and disharmony, and the ways various quantum healing therapies can help restore balance and reverse these patterns.

Dr.Mark is well studied and is also a Floating Monk, Reiki Master, initiate of the DAO, Art of Divine Light, Sukio Makari, and a trained RTT Transformational Hypnotherapist. With over thirty years of experience, he approaches healing in a profoundly holistic manner, promoting the integration of mind, body, spirit, and soul

 

In 1995, Mark Armstrong established the Ahimki Center for Wholeness. The name "Ahimki" combines the Sanskrit term ahimsa (meaning harmlessness toward life) with ki (representing universal life force).

• ​Floating Monk : Mark Armstrong began an accelerated Teachers Training Program with Sifu Jeff in 2010. Sifu Jeff states that Mark Armstrong's advanced understanding of many of the principles which are a part of this Qigong allowed Mark Armstrong to enter such a program. In early 2012 Mark Armstrong received the title of Sifu Mark in a traditional Alter Ceremony performed by Sifu Jeff Larson. Together, Mark and Sifu Jeff seek to share with the world the knowledge, joy and life sustaining benefits of Floating Monk Qigong.
